Terms of Service
Welcome to Bright Idea Grovey. This document governs your use of the website brightideagrove.com and the purchase of courses, digital resources, and physical goods offered by Bright Idea Grovey.
1. Scope
This agreement covers three categories of offerings:
a) Personal Growth Courses delivered as live or virtual sessions.
b) Digital Resources such as e-books and online modules.
c) Physical Goods including workbooks and branded merchandise.
2. Personal Growth Courses
Booking a course constitutes acceptance of a scheduled session. Schedule changes are allowed if requested at least seven days before the start date. No reimbursements are provided for cancellations made less than seven days prior to a session. If a session is canceled by Bright Idea Grovey, a full reimbursement or transfer to another session of similar value may be granted at our discretion.
3. Digital Resources
Digital resources are delivered by providing access details or download links. Access details for a digital resource are supplied immediately after payment. Once access details have been provided, no reimbursements are available. In limited cases and at our discretion, a replacement resource or a credit toward another digital resource may be arranged within seven days of access if technical issues prevent proper use.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipment tracking details will be sent via email. If a shipped item arrives damaged or defective, contact Bright Idea Grovey within fourteen days of delivery to request a replacement or a reimbursement of the purchase price. The shipped item must be sent back in its original packaging. The cost of sending back a damaged item will be covered by Bright Idea Grovey. After we receive and inspect the item, a reimbursement will be processed or a replacement item will be dispatched.
5. Refund Policy
The following outlines how reimbursements are handled for each category of offering:
5.1 Courses
To request a reimbursement for a scheduled course, notify Bright Idea Grovey in writing at least seven days before the session begins. Approved reimbursements will be processed within fourteen business days of approval. Requests made less than seven days before a session are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparation commitments.
5.2 Digital Resources
Once access details or download links are supplied, no reimbursements are available, as digital resources are accessible immediately. In the event of technical issues preventing access, contact us within seven days of access for assistance or a possible replacement resource.
5.3 Physical Goods
For damaged or defective goods, contact us within fourteen days of delivery to arrange a replacement or a reimbursement. After we receive and inspect the item sent back, we will process a reimbursement or send a replacement item within seven business days. Customers are not charged for shipping damaged or defective items back to us.
